This site is operated by SOC Holdings, LLC, doing business as Saluda Bend. By using this website or booking a stay with us, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

Reservations, payments, and cancellations are handled through our reservation platform, Hostaway, and are subject to the rate, deposit, and cancellation terms shown at the time of booking.

Guest text messaging

Saluda Bend sends customer-care text messages related to guest inquiries, reservations, stays, and guest services. We do not use this messaging program to send promotional or marketing texts.

Guests may opt in by initiating a text message to 864-477-7357, the Saluda Bend phone number published on our website, Google Business Profile, and guest materials, or by submitting our Contact form and affirmatively checking the optional SMS consent box.

Staff text messaging

Saluda Bend staff who provide a phone number as part of their employment consent to receive operational text messages related to their work (cleaning assignments, cabin status, and similar notices).
